something I’ve realised recently is that there isn’t always a reason. sometimes you’ll wake up and be anxious or sad or tired and there won’t be an easy explanation as to why, it’s just there. and maybe digging through those thoughts, trying to find why you feel that way will cause you more pain than just allowing yourself to feel those things would’ve done. sometimes you just have to allow yourself to feel bad and know that that feeling will pass.
